We do not place value on the colour of a person's skin, their culture, their sex, or any other aspect that may seek to define or categorise the people in our diverse society. JD Internet Consulting supports Black Economic Empowerment because we seek to empower all people – most importantly those who were unable to empower themselves because of past racial inequalities.

JD Internet Consulting itself is a black powered and woman-owned company, thereby illustrating the will, within ourselves, to redress these inequalities, and use our empowerment to empower others – the winds of change are blowing strongly.

JD Internet Consulting plays an active role in this process, and can be seen in the implementation of learnerships, which empower individuals within JD Internet Consulting, to excel in their field of business management. Further learnerships are part of our long-term transformation and empowerment strategy. Our current strategy involves looking inward – thereby further empowering our current valuable human capital. Brenda Tlhalogang has recently been promoted to Junior Personal Assistant to Angeline For Ming, and is undergoing on-the-job training and is successfully making the transition from our Kitchen Executive to PA.
